Re: Book disappointment The first big print run ( copies) included an envelop with the printed planes, 2 A3 sheets printed double sided. That print tun sold out a few years ago and the only practical method of keeping the book in print was short run print -on-demand digital printing which doesn't allow for fold out plans or having them.
